How do I receive my personal quotation from you?
Its really easy to get you personal quote, which will be based on your wedding. Go to our online request page. If you order by 1pm, Monday - Friday, you will get it in the morning!
Everything about your demo has a polished feel about it. How you do that?
Thank you. Well, we have been in the video production business since 1990. All we can say is experience matters. Being totally crazy about video production does help a little too!! We are proud to do what we do and feel very lucky to do something we love as a way of making money in the form of a full time career.
Why do you offer High Definition filming and editing as standard ?
Basically it gives you, the customer, the very best in picture and sound quality. We have invested heavily into the HD format and most recently Panasonic's professional AVCCAM. This brings super 1920 x 1080 HD quality. Hi-Def is here to stay. In time, it will supersede standard definition (SD) video.
Why do you now include Blu-Ray Copies with all Wedding packages?
Our packages include copies onto SD DVDs & HD1080i Blu-Ray Disc. This will future proof your wedding film for as many years as possible. The Blu-Ray quality is the best we have ever produced!
Will you be obtrusive when filming?
Being a very experienced videographer we blend into the background and conducts ourselves with the upmost professionalism and discretion. Feedback from past customer tells us that they hardly noticed us, even though we capture so much their the special day.
What will be the duration of my edited Wedding Film?
A question that is pretty hard to answer before the Wedding. The duration depends on the length of the ceremony, speeches and the packages you have chosen.
Some of our Wedding Films will be over two discs, especially if your footage includes the Diary Room and/or one of our fantastic Music Videos.
We love what we saw in your demo, how can we book?
We have two simple ways of booking. Both require £100 booking fee to secure your date. This fee will be deducted in full from the price of the DVD production.
Online booking is the fastest way. A simple online form and secure payment via debit or credit card. Click here to start an online booking.
Or, if you prefer, via the post. Fill in the Wedding Booking contract and send the booking fee of £100.
What are your payment methods ?
We accept Cash, Cheques, Bank Transfer and all major Debit / Credit Cards. We even offer an online payments.
When is the balance due ?
The balance of your invoice needs to be paid by 7 days prior to your Wedding.
I need your forms, can you send them to me ?
Of course, please drop us an email and we can send them. Alternately, you can download them from our download section.
Once my Wedding is over, how quick will I receive it?
Generally we quote 10 - 14 days but it does depend on the time of year. We will always aim to have the editing complete as soon as possible after the wedding, but we will never compromise our high standards. We will give you an estimated delivery time at the time of the wedding.
How long will I have to order more copies?
A very common question! As we keep your master edited files for 1 year, SD DVDs and Blu-Ray discs can be produced until your first wedding anniversary.
Being a full time Videography, we prefer to be behind a camera or in the edit-suite, (making our products better), than selling ourselves to you a busy trade fair.
